The Power of Practicing Together

Consistency is the hardest part of practice. We know how good it feels, and still, without support, it slips away. Community changes this. Knowing others are practicing alongside you strengthens your commitment. Some days you're the strong one. Some days someone else carries you past your resistance.

Over time, discipline turns into devotion, because you see what practice gives you: more energy, a clearer mind, a better mood, and a greater capacity to thrive.

For 80 days, we'll build that momentum together.

About the Experience

Beginning November 1, we'll move through eight Radiant Body Yoga sadhanas, practicing each for ten days. The intention is simple: a steady rhythm of practice that lifts your mood, energy, clarity, and inner connection through the final months of the year.

Each class is built around a potent 9-minute Kundalini kriya, expanded into a complete practice with movement, breath, meditation, and integration. Every ten days, I'll introduce the next practice in a live gathering with conversation and Q&A, and I'll check in throughout.

Schedule

A new sadhana begins every ten days, each designed to create a distinct shift:

Physical Health & Mental Clarity

November 1-10

This foundational practice activates the navel center to build vitality, circulation, and mental focus. A dynamic spinal warm-up and short preparatory navel work lead into the classic 9-minute kriya, which combines breath, mudra, rhythmic movement, and breath retention to direct energy and sharpen awareness. The practice concludes with a grounding integration to stabilize the uplifted state.

Awaken vitality, circulation, focus.

Awaken Creative Power

November 11-20

This class awakens creative life force through the pelvis and lower spine. Slow squats, standing twists, and flowing Taurus-style arm movements prepare the body before entering the kriya, which uses powerful breath, dynamic mudra, and breath holds to build heart coherence and elevate frequency. The result is a felt sense of inspiration, fluidity, and renewed creative potential.

Pelvic energy, deep breathing, spinal motion.

Command Glandular Center

November 21-30

Designed to support hormonal balance and intuitive clarity, this practice strengthens the body’s internal command system. Cat-cow, Down Dog, Breath of Joy, and Archer Pose build focus and presence before moving into the kriya, which stimulates the pituitary gland and clears subconscious tension. The practice helps release old coping patterns and cultivates calm confidence, supporting stillness and presence in the midst of life’s intensity.

Hormonal balance, discernment, inner authority.

Conquer Imagined Limitations

December 1-10

This energizing practice works directly with fear and self-imposed limits. A dynamic warm-up with squats, spinal movement, and short navel activation prepares you for the kriya, which uses strong mouth breathing and vigorous arm movements to dissolve hesitation and self-doubt. You’ll leave feeling empowered, capable, and ready to meet challenges with courage.

Build courage, move beyond self-imposed limits.

Brain Reset for Clarity

December 11-20

This class supports a deep mental reset. Cross-crawl movements, all-fours core work, and standing twists balance the hemispheres of the brain before the kriya, which stimulates the diaphragm, brain, and pituitary gland. The effect is a noticeable state shift, clearing mental static and restoring a sense of balance, ease, and focus.

Clear mental static, restore coherence.

Stress Relief & Inner Calm

December 21-30

An essential practice for modern life, this class clears accumulated stress from the nervous system. Gentle warm-ups release tension in the spine and shoulders before moving into a seated kriya with dynamic arm mudras and rhythmic movement. The practice balances earth and cosmic energies, supports self-regulation, and leaves you feeling calm, centered, and emotionally steady.

Release stress, return to grounded presence.

Experience the Original You

December 31-Jan 9

This shorter, potent practice moves directly into the kriya. Strong posture, challenging mudra, and focused breath strip away habitual layers and awaken inner intelligence. The practice cultivates a clear, meditative state and a felt sense of your authentic self: steady, present, and deeply aligned.

Strengthen the nervous system, reconnect with your essential self.

Give Yourself New Life

January 10-19

A powerful practice to take you beyond the beyond, this kriya challenges the arms, breath, and concentration to reset vitality and uplift mood. Through sustained effort and focused awareness, you move beyond limitation and emerge feeling energized and resilient, ready to meet life renewed.

Renew vitality, resilience, and your capacity to begin again.

Community Gathering

January 20

We will complete the journey together.
