Begin your journey with a powerful weekend of guided study and practice. During the Opening Immersion phase, you will learn the essential teachings to prepare the body, breath, and mind for meditation. Through expert guidance, you’ll learn to establish a steady seat, cultivate easeful breathing, settle the nervous system, and lay the foundation for the deeper stages of practice to unfold.
Personal Practice
January to April
The Personal Practice phase offers a clear, progressive structure to support you in building a stable, nourishing meditation practice. Each week builds upon the last as you integrate preparatory work and gradually learn the complete meditation process. You’ll receive steady guidance, inspiration, and accountability from Kia and RBY mentors, to ensure that you feel supported throughout the entire journey.
Closing Immersion
April 4-10, 2026
In our final phase together, you’ll deepen your meditative experience and integrate the skills and insights developed over the past three months. During these days, you will continue to refine your practice, elevate your inner state, and understand how to carry this work forward with confidence.
Explore how meditation becomes a guiding force that empowers your perception, actions & relationships.
